I grew up in a small town in central Kansas. I moved to Kansas City after graduating from Kansas State and started work as an Interior Designer.

My husband and I met while we were attending K-State. After gradation, he followed me to KC and commuted to KU to finish his degree, so we are a house divided! We have 2 boys, Jameson and Carter. I have become fluent in sports, creepy crawlies and superheroes in the past few years.

I'm a multi-passionate creative (aka DIY Queen). You name the DIY project and I've done it or I will do it. Painting, crocheting, crafting, baking, woodworking, sewing... YouTube and Pinterest will be my downfall.

My love for photography began in high school as part of the yearbook committee. It wasn't until I had kids that I decided it was time to pick the camera back up and started exploring photography as a career.
